Staff members complete studies with distinction and begin apprenticeships!

The Dower House is committed to helping staff reach their full potential - here are some of those who have recently embarked on and completed their studies.
Max Parkes joined us recently as a weekend wash up assistant and it quickly became clear he had a passion for working in the kitchen and the skills to become more involved. He moved from wash up to helping prepare food and has now embarked on an apprenticeship to become a Commis Chef, which we are all delighted to support him with.
Connie Wienand is one of our Senior Carers and after several months of hard studying has just completed her NVQ level 3 with a distinction!
Emily Harvey-Neilands is currently one of our Health Care Assistants and having recently completed her NVQ Level 3, will be beginning a nursing apprenticeship in a few weeks time.
