You must have good communication skills, be organised, flexible in your approach and can work well alone. Be patient, motivated and with a calm ‘can do’ attitude.
Duties to include - to manage and carry out all aspects of the washing up role in a timely manner. This includes washing cutlery, glassware and crockery and restocking the pantry with the cleaned crockery.
We are a fully inclusive and supportive company who is willing to train the right person for the role.
We are situated approximately 2.5miles outside Winchester City centre, therefore it is important you have your own means of transport to and from The Dower House as buses are not always available for the start and finish times. The shifts are currently 13.00-20.30pm. This is 150hrs over a 4-week period. These will be contracted shifts with sick pay, pension and holiday pay. There are opportunities for overtime to cover annual leave and sickness.
Competitive rates of pay from £10.60 per hour, free uniform and free parking.
Experience in a similar environment would be beneficial, but all training will be given.
