Weekend Receptionist / Administrator


Hours of work are 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and / Sunday.

Your role will be to provide a Reception / Front of House presence at the Dower House during the weekend.

Duties will be varied and include:

  • dealing with requests and enquiries from residents, their families and friends
  • meeting and greeting visitors
  • showing potential residents and their families around The Dower House
  • answering the telephone
  • taking in deliveries
  • keeping the reception area tidy
  • assisting with residents’ weekend activities
  • various administrative tasks

Receptionist / Administrator experience is preferred but full training will be provided. Good English essential. Own transport is required – free parking is provided on site.
