The Dower House continues to strengthen it’s working partnership with funeral directors

Here at The Dower House we have had a fantastic working relationship with Richard Steels & Partners for many years, which has been continually built on since we opened in 1989. Many of the team are now spending time at the Winchester office of Steels on City Road completing their 'Continuation of Care' training.
This training provides a great insight for our staff into the history of Richard Steel & Partners and what they do to ensure they provide the best possible care to those with them, as well as the friends and family of the deceased. This includes learning about the different services offered by the company, the processes they go through from taking someone into their care from completing the funeral.
Staff from across all departments have been completing the training, meaning that we all have a wider knowledge of these matters which in turn helps us all to continue providing the excellent care we are known for to all of our residents and support to their friends and families.
